The cursor has transformed from a simple pointing device into a powerful tool for enhancing user interaction and providing contextual feedback. Software and games are raising the bar for what the cursor interface can do, demonstrating how thoughtful extensions of a cursor interface can significantly improve an experience.
Creating software is starting to resemble cooking.
If you want a meal just for yourself—maybe you prefer your eggs a particular way—you can do that without needing a professional chef. The results might not compare to a top restaurant, but that’s not the point.
They should finish your doc and think "well this was entirely straightforward, why did we even need to have this meeting?".
It is a common experience that a problem difficult at night is resolved in the morning after the committee of sleep has worked on it.
